Leading aftersales and service operations for DALUM's CO₂ recovery plants deployed in breweries worldwide. Responsible for commissioning, technical support, and service tool development — including a self-built suite of field engineering web applications covering commissioning reports, expense management, service documentation, and parts catalog integration.

Led a high-autonomy team of technicians and engineers across technical support, quality assurance, and commissioning of CO₂-based transcritical refrigeration systems. Served as cross-functional liaison between Aftersales, Quality, and R&D — ensuring fast reliability loops and operational scalability aligned with Advansor's rapid global growth. Owned departmental KPIs for first-time-fix, response times, and uptime across 30+ countries.

Dual-role spanning global quality systems and strategic sourcing for axial fan motors and drives. Built and maintained Multi-Wing's Motors & Drives QMS with full global integration across business units. Deployed APQP, PPAP and PQP frameworks with Six Sigma rigor. Led supplier selection, contract negotiation, risk management and cost-down initiatives without quality compromise. Managed international cross-disciplinary teams and provided capability development across regional business units.

Global production support and quality leadership for Starcool refrigerated container systems. Managed supplier technical relationships across China, Denmark and Thailand. Led P/D-FMEA, 8D, ECR and lifetime reliability testing programs. Drove aftersales failure mitigation and improvement projects, with full ownership of product and subassembly specifications from design through field performance. Collaborated with sales, quality, purchasing, services and R&D across three continents.

Design-responsible engineer for post-Gate 6 drive products at Danfoss Product Engineering Center. Led quality and improvement project teams, performed root cause analysis on complex field failures, and adapted standard drives to meet special customer requirements. Drove continuous quality and cost-efficiency improvements throughout product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, production and quality teams.

Contributed to R&D of advanced drone systems — designing actuator systems, torque vectoring mechanisms, and an infrared/ultrasound data acquisition system for autonomous navigation and obstacle detection. Took concepts from initial research through to functional prototypes. Earlier work focused on wireless power transfer for mid-range applications.

Led production operations for medical devices (ISO 13485 / FDA) and telecommunications equipment (ISO 9001) in Timișoara. Implemented lean manufacturing to improve throughput and reduce waste. Managed cross-functional production teams, quality control, supplier coordination, and regulatory compliance across two high-volume, tightly regulated manufacturing lines.
